It's unclear when exactly the home was first built. It definitely existed by 1929 (as it's listed on the 1929 map of Haverford Township). Its first known inhabitants that I could track are the Powell family, formerly of 323 Davis Road.

The home then went to the Gaskill family, who lived in the home at least until George Gaskill's death in 1961.

The Christensen family owned the home from at least 1975 until 1978, during which Dr. David Christensen, after being widowed, remarried to June Copenhaver. It was then sold in 1978 to the Heller family for $65,000. They sold the home to the Janos family for $90,000 in 1984. The Janos family sold the home in 2018 for $619,000.
